Meet at a curated London cafe. Quick intros: your name and what you're building.
Phase 1
What are you building?
Walk to Regent's Park in small groups. Share your project — the exciting bit and the bit breaking your brain.
Phase 2
Tools
Shuffle groups. Share what you're actually using: AI tools, workflows, hacks. The stuff nobody talks about on stage.
Phase 3
What do you need?
Final shuffle. Ask for a co-founder, advice, an intro, beta testers. Someone who's solved your exact problem. Ask for it.
